The ordered washing machine malfunctioned already at installation: it stops during the spin cycle and shows error code E18. I opened the replacement request two weeks ago and it has not moved since.

Dear eMAG, the Bosch WAN28100 washing machine I received on 30 August 2026 malfunctioned already at installation: it stops during the spin cycle and shows error code E18. I opened the replacement request in my account two weeks ago and its status has been "received" ever since. I request a replacement of the appliance. Kind regards, Katalin Nagy

We forwarded the complaint to the company.

Dear Ms. Nagy, thank you for flagging the problem. We found the replacement request in our system; the delay was caused by a supplier stock shortage. We can deliver the replacement appliance next week and collect the old one with the same shipment. The courier will notify you of the time separately. Best regards, eMAG Customer Service
