After the package change my monthly fee rose without justification. The contract states HUF 4,990, but the March invoice charged me HUF 13,890. I request a refund of the overcharge and a correction of the tariff.
The BUD–LTN flight was cancelled two hours before departure and no rebooking was offered. I submitted the refund request on the website the same day and have not even received a confirmation.
I exercised my 14-day right of withdrawal and the courier collected the product. The purchase price should have been refunded within the statutory 14 days, but nothing has happened for three weeks.
The courier delivered a visibly damaged box and we recorded a report on the spot. I submitted the damage claim ten days ago and since then all I can see is "being processed".
The ordered washing machine malfunctioned already at installation: it stops during the spin cycle and shows error code E18. I opened the replacement request two weeks ago and it has not moved since.
The monitor marked as in stock had still not arrived after three weeks. The order status is still "in preparation" and I have received no information about the delivery deadline.
On my March invoice the same HUF 9,990 item appears twice in addition to the monthly fee. I also reported the problem to customer support, but the charge was repeated the following month. I request a refund of the incorrect charge and correct billing going forward.
The previous, higher monthly fee was deducted even after I switched account packages. My first complaint received a template reply, and the fee has been charged twice more since then.
My lock-in period ended in February and I terminated the contract in March. Despite this, a penalty of HUF 24,800 was invoiced. I request the penalty to be cancelled and written confirmation that the contract is closed.
For weeks the internet connection has dropped almost every evening between 7 and 10 p.m. I filed three fault reports and all three came back with "the fault cannot be reproduced".
