The courier delivered a visibly damaged box and we recorded a report on the spot. I submitted the damage claim ten days ago and since then all I can see is "being processed".

Dear GLS, the parcel with tracking number 1Z9А882 was delivered by the courier in a visibly damaged box; we recorded a report on the spot and the courier signed it as well. I submitted the damage claim ten days ago and the tracker still only says "being processed". I request a substantive assessment of the claim. Kind regards, Éva Tóth
